How long is the borrow period?
Most loans are 4–8 weeks. We can extend if inventory allows—just ask.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits ($100–$150) are returned once the kit comes back complete and clean.
Do you clean the kits?
Every kit is fully washed, sanitized, and inspected between families. We retire any worn items.
What if a diaper doesn’t fit?
We’ll swap sizes or styles mid-loan. Message us to arrange a quick exchange.
What detergent should I use?
We provide a cloth-safe option. If you prefer your own, choose free/clear detergent without fabric softener.
Can I use diaper cream?
Use cloth-safe creams only. Petroleum-based products can damage fibers and void the deposit.
How do returns work?
Return clean, dry, and sorted. We’ll check completeness and process your deposit.
